Kate has been supportive, energetic, and provided me with comprehensive training. Not only does she address training, she really focuses on the client's complete needs, including diet information. She is super convenient, especially since she comes to your house and it is amazing what you can get done with very little equipment. I appreciate every second Kate puts into planning my personal training session.  Kate knows what she wants out of me before she even arrives.  Kate knows how far to push me while she is with me and, she adjusts accordingly throughout the workout.  With Kate's direction I work out harder than I would if I were alone or in a group because everything is personalized according to my ability and what Kate thinks I can reasonably accomplish.  Our workouts are challenging, fun, and with enough repetition and variety to make me feel as if I understand where we are going ... and to keep guessing what is coming next!  The session flies by. -Father Chuck McCoart
